NUORI, A Fresh Take On Skincare
Have you ever bought a face cream with a start-using date AND expiry date? Me neither. Until NUORI came along, that is. A cutting edge, minimalist skincare brand with a kind of breakthrough, yet so simple message; the products you put on your face should be fresh to be effective. I discovered NUORI when scrolling through my Instagram a couple of months ago. As a graphic designer, I was immediately drawn to that minimal, Scandinavian style branding; I was so curious that I clicked my way over to their feed and thought, wow! And that was even before I found out about their great philosophy - to make nourishing skincare with fewer additives and higher efficacy. All possible with the concept of start-using-by date which is set to 12 weeks after a product has been made. Pretty amazing, right? This skincare line does not only look fresh; it IS fresh. I've been using two products, (that are set to expire in 2 weeks since I got them May) The NUORI Perfecting Facial Oil and NUORI Vital Face Cream. I use the oil night time and cream daytime. The products have a very subtle and fresh (of course!) lemon scent and my skin has loved both. Although I'd prefer to use the oil more winter time when my skin gets a bit dryer. As far as the face cream you can actually feel the freshness. It's quite hard to explain with words, but it's nothing like any other cream. It feels pure and smooth.
